In the past year, the surveillance of me has been at a distance. FBI agents posing as theatre lovers, for many months now, have appeared at clubs and theaters that I frequent - they stand out like pie balding sore thumbs - Especially because the club is full of young performance artists - When these FBI types show up, it's as subtle as an atomic bomb in a field of daisies, it is impossible for them to cloak their origins. It is cointelpro. Their whole appearance screams out "I AM AN FBI AGENT." Lucky for me that you really can judge books by their covers these days. The covers on these guys, or lack thereof, tell the whole story. They are FBI from top to bottom. But so far they have been well behaved. Appearing to be playing by the rules.

In these past months they have kept their distance - always there observing but never in my face. Whenever I suspect that I am being followed I usually confront the person in a casual way and observe their reactions to a series of casual interactions and control questions and random banter. It's not difficult to assess the semeiotics of their gestures, voice and responses.

Lately however their presence is tighter and they have made their presence felt either intentionally or accidently because of the increased intensity of their activity regarding my exposes of their bosses. - Either way, I feel they are tightening their circle around me.

I keep an "Incident Log" of all suspicious activity around me and lately that log has been active. Last Tuesdays log had a 5:00AM incident where what looked like a sicilian hit man was a little too close for comfort. I followed and photographed this suspicious mans activities and approached him and casually interacted with him and prodded him with a few control questions - This fucker failed the test and it put a chill in my spine because guy definitely did not look like the typical usually professional FBI type. This guy seemed like a contract hit man. I have his photo which is included in the updated log and distributed to several friendly media sources in the event of any premature departure these and other photos of suspicious persons from my old brooklyn address will be published on the internet.

How much money will they spend to kill the truth remains to be seen. I do know that the last Gestapo style raid on my premises was a massive and highly coordinated effort costing tens if not hundreds of thousands of US taxpayer's dollars. And the continued surveillance alone for so many months must be bringing this bill into the millions. Why? Why would anyone spend so much effort to silence my writings if they are incorrect? The answer is because my writings connect the dots that these New World Order so called elitists would rather not have connected.

For example there is an excellent forum called the Democratic Underground. The problem is that I, voxfux, cannot post to that forum because I do not meet some requirement they have for minimal responses??? (Apparently in order to post there you have to me a long time commenter, then they evaluate your comments and determine whether or not you are a NAZI or a real person then they grant you article posting privileges. I simply do not have the time to make my "Bones" with this widely read forum and so they are not getting my articles, Maybe one of my readers has posting privileges there and can pick up this task?) Anyways that's all for now.

My only safety now is to get these articles into every corner on the planet. Then there is no use in wiping me out because the damage will have already been done.

Let me know if you are up to the task of being relayers and re-transmitters of these messages.

To VoxSentia I would like to say that I can certainly understand your frustration with Mr Vox, but that you might want to consider that he is suffering from some form of paranoia, and that is why he didn't want his name, email address, or snail-mail address to be revealed. And to GREATWHITE, I would just say that not everyone agrees with what they read at a website. When someone chooses a public forum from which to vent their anger and fear, they must expect at least a little resistance from some members of the public.

I notice most people here don't use their email address.

Maybe they want you to email them so they can trace your IP address and find out who you are.

It is well known that the NSA computers read every single email sent to msn and yahoo accounts, watching for keywords. They also build networks of people based on who you send to / cc / bcc and who sends to you.

This is way easier than project Echelon which requires them to intercept the email.

Install some hidden cameras in your house and keep them going 24/7. Keep the lights on at night, so in case someone else breaks in, the camera will capture their image. Maybe you should invest in a bullet proof vest. They can be expensive, but I'm sure you can afford. Wear it for a few months, and when things blow over, you can set it aside. And whereas, Bush and Cheney accomplished a coup d'etat, six weeks to the day after the September 11 attacks, on October 26, 2001, by coercing Congress to pass, unread and unexamined, the so-called PATRIOT Act, which revokes much of the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights, into law;

And whereas, The United States Constitution states in Article IV, Section 4, that the United States "shall protect each of [the States] against invasion," and Bush and Cheney swore in their oaths of office to "preserve, protect, and defend" the Constitution;

CBC Newsworld is showing uncensored footage of the war. They interviewed reporters from around the world. Referring to the statue being pulled down, one CBS reporter said it was "bullshit". Ted Koppel said it was only a symbol and not to be taken as reality.

The imagery was pretty gruesome, showing collateral damage.

I wish Americans could see documentaries like this.

The Canadian news just showed gruesome video of two US soldiers on their backs on the street.

They were mutilated today with concrete blocks in broad daylight by an angry mob. They say the resistance has escalated beyond the troops' ability to control it.

I flipped to CNN hoping to get more detail and received a half hour of fluff pieces including a long piece on why we are obese.

No real news.

VF has a right to be "paranoid". The FBI "targets" anyone who is labeled a threat. Wiretaps, physical surveillance, torture both physical & psychological, & murder these are all methods by which the powerful/wicked maintain control. No one is too "small" to be the object of their oppression. The FBI is the instigator of the harassment. But, they cannot act alone on their campaigns of intimidation, isolation, & harassment. The FBI uses political interest parties that are woven into every aspect of the American Way to do most of their work. I know how you feel. I left the US because I had agents tracking my ass. Most people in the US thought I was completely crazy, but not those in foreign countries. I caught 3 agents (2 men and 1 woman) planting a tracking device on my car. I would come home and the door would suddenly be unlocked. My phone calls would be clicked off as soon as I said "I think someone is listening to this call". There was an attempt to psychologically wear me down. I finally left the country and am doing what I can from abroad.

I've read many comments on multiple sites, including Vox here, mentioning the idea of taking back the media.

I say we should begin with ONE of the major news media outlets and inform them as a mass that we refuse to watch their broadcasts and, therefore, also refuse to view their advertisements. The ONLY way to wage a peaceful information revolution is to hit 'em where it hurts - their pockets.

I'm interested in seeing what readers of this site might have to say of the idea - including suggestions on how we could work together to get MILLIONS to notify CNN and others all at the same time, and then DO it.

As a side note, if you were running a huge news channel which relies on advertisers to pay the bills and provide paychecks, do you feel advertisers are going to spend their money with your station when you have millions who won't be seeing the advertisements anyway??

They choose channels based on requests from their subscribers.

Even if I can reach one person a day, then thats one more person who's waking up. Vox, it seems like they're beyond watching now and more like they're going to off you. Get a gun if you dont already have one. Im making preperations to obtain one or two firearms as well as a small cache of ammunition.I dont think a bloodless revolution is going to be possible.

I have posted on a few sites that
are spooked by professional shills

they can't really do much on a
site like this, because vox runs
the site and can delete whataver
posts he wants, and the readership
here tends to already know enough
to not be fooled..

but does anyone have any suggestions
for dealing with disinfo agents
on other sites, where they are their
all day, impersonating people,
pretending to be several different
people at once, and generally
making noise and cluttering up the
threads so no one can have a decent
discussion?

at one site in particular, people
now know who this guy is, and know

Reading Jim's book however, has only solidified the way I feel. I had
already read Mr. Corn's book, The Lies Of George W. Bush, Molly Ivin's
and Lou Dubose's book, Bushwhacked, and Al Franklin's, Lies and the
Lying Liars, and Mr. Sperry's book, Crude Politics, and Senator
Daschle's book, Like No Other Time, and Michael Moore's book, Dude,
Where's My Country, and Anne Garrells' book, Naked in Baghdad, and Mr.
Newhouse's book, Imperial America, and 2 books by Eric Schlosser that if
the terrorists get a hold of would fuel them into a frenzied Jihad like
we have never seen. His books would make them aware of the danger they
are in, should the US, England and the coalition of the "willing", (yeah
right), that means the countries that are so dependant on the US they
have no choice, ever get the Middle East settled down like good lil
consumers. We may try to feed them the same shit we eat, treat them like
we do the Hispanic families that pick our fruit and maybe even take
their wives burkas off and post them on some porn web site. Just think
of all the Evil Empire Dollars they will now have! Hmmm, I bet they
won't give a shit that the potatoes are so toxic they must be registered

that you completely destroyed our faith in the election process? Good

technology. We also know we can send things into space, read a license
plate from a satellite, go to the moon, determine the age of a rock
buried in the ground, hell, our scientists are pretty good! The US of A
can even invent bombs that blow shit up but not the people! And now the

The people of the US also understand that as advanced as we are, we

like 25% I think, and we are only 5% of the total population! Do you
really expect us to believe that your administration wants the entirety
of the planet to be like us? By my calculations, we will need 400% more
oil then we have. Nice try, G Dubya.

Hey you! Tell us how you sleep at night after having sold your soul to
the Devil for help in convincing the Senators to give you this authority
to wage this war. By now everyone has heard that you absolutely LIED to
congress for this. You even went so far as to claim that Saddam was
buying "yellow cake". I can see it now, some poor Iraqi baker scratching
his head. Your lies here were only made worse by your allowing OUR
soldiers (the men and women that protect us) to die for you and your oil

Remember the scene in Jackie Brown when the Samuel L. Jackson character is sitting in the van with the De Niro character, and he suddenly realised he's been fucked over? Samuel L. just sits their ruminating in deep silence for a few beats before announcing 'It's Jackie Brown". Yeah, well, I do a lot of that silent ruminating, particularly late at night in my flat after another image of horrible carnage pepetrated by this cabal of evil fucks has flashed across my TV screen, only I'm considering effective counter measures.

At the next mass protests, everyone present should vow not to buy a particular large metro newspaper in their city on a particular day, and also not to watch a particular TV network on the corresponding day.

I started my studies about how things work by listening to and than talking to and becoming friends with May Brussel. The Grand Dame professor/teacher of how things work. She was one of the few who taught that, not only do they kill reseachers, but they kill every day types who by a quirk of fate happen to be bright. If one has been seriously studying for any length of time, you know what I'm talking about. It serves little purpose to even attempt to educate the average citizen until they are directly affected by some insidious event. Your four year old child comes up missing for ever. Your beautiful coed daughter comes up missing (the young lady in Minnesota yesterday) when leaving work at the local mall. (looks like a contract kidnapping) Your husband was in the WTC and you discover the government is not forth coming. It's a slave culture! Having said the above understand there is a specific time in history when a lie became the truth and truth became a lie. It was when constantine destroyed the mystery system of Egypt and created the present day church. Humankind is a lot older than we have been told. We have the ability to offset the pervasive evil that afflects the world. We know it's by design. Study the past. Know that there were great people who knew that mankind would be plunged into enslavement. Know that there are ways and means to unlock the shackles. For those who simply can not fathom the assertions made by vox and the posters to this site regarding the impending calamity, I would simply say this: first, study history. Meantime, shun the mainstream press- for perhaps just 30 days. Avail yourself then of published works by authors who had the insight and/or experience to understand both the nature of man, and how the world works. As previously suggested, Orwells 1984 is an excellent place to start. Required reading in high school in the 70's, I had no interest in it (so of course never bothered to read it) until about a year ago. How can I say it, but that I was stunned by the parallels to todays events. Chilling. Another book I'd heard about for decades, but avoided, was The Gulag Archipeligo. Recently I read it, and recommend it to all who think of governemnt as some paternal caregiver of the people. "It can't happen here"? These men have all come to the same awful realization that many of us posting here have: that there is a pernicious, systematic plan in place, a movement if you will, activated by the elite in our own government (and others), having massive financial and military backing, to bring about the destruction of this republic as we know it, toward the ultimate goal of a one world system of government, aka "The New World Order". I understand how difficult this is to grasp. I myself find it so at times, and sometimes want to will the truth of it away. But with the events unfolding as they are, there simply is no denying it, though in my heart I want desperately to. I am like the movie goer at a horror film, barely daring to peek through my fingers to see what is happening. What is more horrible though is knowing that outside- in the real world- it is worse, so much worse, because this horror is real. I know for the sceptic, this is all quite terrifying to consider. And their bravado toward us, here in this forum (and others like it), is merely the fingers covering their own eyes, in child-like resistance to knowing the horrible truth. They sense it is there, but have no mechanism to process the truth. It is clearly more comforting to flail the air with eyes clenched tightly, proclaiming those of us who who've escaped the control paradigm as "crackpots". This is thier balm, and most will persist in it until the thing is openly presented in all it's horrific stench by these ghouls in power. These are the ones, ladies & gentlemen, who in the end, after their consciences are finally and inextricably seared, will believe they are doing God a favor to kill you. These are the false prophets. I studied Bible prophecy- Revelation, Daniel, Jeremiah, etc.- years ago. At that time I found it merely titilating, things that couldn't happen but in the far distant future- certainly nothing of any real immediate concern. As I survey the horizon of current events today, my friends, I can tell you unequivocally: it is here, it is now, and it is real. It is as bad as you fear, and worse. How many here can fully absorb what I am saying to you?? I now don't think it so titilating; to be honest, I am stunned to find myself suddenly living in such historic times. I wish sometimes I could tell you/myself that the prophecies of the bible are pure hokum. Given what I've read, seen, and heard, that is definately not the case. The book warns that deception is the hallmark of the New World Order. It issues a stern warning against being deceived- of not having "a love of the truth". Most folks here obviously do want to know the truth, as do I ( though it is at times almost more than we can bear). So we're going to be alright. My own plan of action includes- at the top of the list- nurturing my relationship with the only real hope we have, God. Not the god of this world system, but the only begotten Son of God. Revelation points to just this time in history when it asks "Who can make war with the beast?" Indeed, we are seeing on the world stage just such a situation. And it's going to get worse; "for when they say peace and safety (read: security- Homeland Security), then shall sudden destruction come upon them..."
My friends, our current situation is desperate, but not hopeless. We must resist, but should you/I become descouraged, know that ultimately Christ Jesus (aka Yeshua) will prevail over this encroaching evil. Hey, I read the end of the story, and guess what??: He wins!! And so do we, if we'll trust Him. Your job: ya gotta getta kno'em. Be of good cheer though, beloved truth seekers; He said this: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you- even unto the end of the world." That's where I'm staking my future. I pray you folks will too. I just thank and praise Christ Jesus for his rock solid promises. In this rotting world of lies and deception, I thank God we can trust his Word!! God bless all you courageous folks.

Who cares, you're right and wrong. I too believe that what I wrote came off looking a bit like someone who still thinks that the "forefathers" were somehow all knowing and sweet and things were just hunk dory so to speak. However, you're right it wasn't that way at all. I do know that history is full of underhanded treachery and bloodshed. However, I also know that for the Constitution and the other writings (Bill of rights etc.) there is a underlying theme of a omnipotent higher force that guided however many people to carry out this wish. I know it was short lived however, and England was quick to get their grubby little fingers involved and thus started an overthrow very early. So I agree.

Judge Stymies Both Jury & Defense
DOJ Intends to Retry Simkanin ASAP

Jury Hung at 11-1 Favoring Acquittal

After almost 6 months of incarceration in isolation awaiting his federal trial, non-withholding employer Dick Simkanin’s trial ended this evening in a mistrial after the jury was unable to reach a verdict on federal charges that Simkanin failed to Withhold taxes from his employees.

Simkanin, a successful Bedford, Texas business owner, had been charged with 12 counts of Willful Failure to Withhold employment taxes for his employees and 15 counts of filing False Claims for requesting refunds of tax pre-payments that had been made by Simkanin on behalf of those employees.

Facing years in federal prison, his trial lasted only hours, beginning and ending yesterday – largely because the Court denied Simkanin the opportunity present any expert defense witnesses or legal evidence regarding the contested legal obligations under US income tax statutes. Jury deliberations started this morning and the mistrial was declared around 6 PM Central time. A report from several sources close to the Simkanin team was that the jury hung 11-1 in favor of acquittal.

US Attorney Jarvis stated that he intended to retry Simkanin “as soon as possible.” Simkanin, who has NO criminal record, was immediately ordered back into federal custody by Judge John McBryde.

Reportedly contributing to the jury’s inability to reach a verdict were nine separate requests and questions from the jury including a request to see a written copy of the jury instructions, a request to see a copy of the Internal Revenue Code and for the judge to provide a copy of the specific US statute that required Simkanin to withhold. Judge McBryde refused these significant requests. According to court observers, Judge McBryde also significantly impaired and repeatedly interfered with defense counsel Arch McColl's cross examination of government witnesses.

One example of how Judge McBryde dispensed justice during the short trial occurred following the testimony of one of the IRS expert witnesses who testified that the definition of “employee” that applied to Simkanin as an “employer” was found at Internal Revenue Code Section 3401 (which is for legal definitions), and defines “employee” as:

“For purposes of this chapter, the term “employee” includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation.”

During a break, Judge McBryde requested US Attorney Jarvis for the legal definition of “employee” to include in the jury instructions. Defense attorney McColl then attempted to show the judge the definition in the IRC at section 26 USC 3401 that had just been testified to by the IRS witness. According to court observers, the judge dismissively “waved off” McColl with a flip of the wrist and a comment, “I know what your position is Mr. McColl, and I disagree. That is not a definition. It says ‘includes’ not ‘defines’. I want Mr. Jarvis' position.”

According to courtroom observers, US Attorney Jarvis later recalled the IRS employee to the witness stand, and the witness subsequently “corrected” his previous testimony to affirmatively declare that the definition of “employee” which applies to Simkanin was not from Section 3401, but rather from Section 3121(d).

Although the definition of “employee” found at 3121 is certainly more encompassing than the legal definition first asserted by the IRS witness, the subsequent definition may ultimately cause unanticipated problems for the government if it attempts to retry Simkanin. The following citation is from section Section 3121(e), which, (per the “corrected” testimony of the IRS witness), also contains legal definitions for the terms “State” and “United States” for the purposes of the withholding chapter that Texas resident Simkanin was allegedly charged with violating:

(e) State, United States, and citizen
For purposes of this chapter -
(1) State
The term ''State'' includes the District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and
American Samoa.
(2) United States
The term ''United States'' when used in a geographical sense
includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands,
Guam, and American Samoa.

An individual who is a citizen of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
but not otherwise a citizen of the United States) shall be
considered, for purposes of this section, as a citizen of the
United States.
During the two previous years, Simkanin had appeared before two separate federal grand juries, each apparently refusing to indict him after hearing Simkanin directly testify about the true legal substance of the US Income Tax Code. At each of these grand jury proceedings, Simkanin also provided each grand juror with substantial documentary evidence showing both the constitutional problems with the income tax system and evidence of how our government has conspired to contain these truths through deception and abuse of the public trust.

According to sources on the defense team, in early October, Simkanin, believing his trial was being “railroaded” by the federal prosecutor, acting in collusion with the District court, plead guilty to a single tax charge. Weeks later, the plea bargain was withdrawn by the DOJ because of an error in the government’s original plea offer. Simkanin, apparently, reconsidering his earlier decision to plea, decided to go to trial and seek bona fide justice.

Today, he almost got it.
