Covert Intelligence Group Uses Psychotronic Weapons Disguised as Garbage Trucks on US Civilians

They blend in with the surroundings all around us every day. Inside a some of these telephone trucks, Wonderbread delivery and ubiquitous express delivery vehicles are more than meets the eye. Some contain complete ultra low frequency and microwave frequency warfare devices which target human tissue for use on civilian populations - In this case, certain psychotronic weapon systems to be used on civilian dissenters. The best place to mask the noise generated by some of these devices is inside a vehicle that is itself a noisy device - a garbage truck. Voxnyc has detected such a device operating in New York City.
